Who Are We?

Butler Business Solutions Ltd. provides independent and objective general consulting services to private, public and not-for-profit clients within Western Canada.

Our consultants have extensive experience in performance evaluation, organizational performance optimization through business and process review, business and strategic planning and development, and non-financial risk management.

Our Consultants

Charlene Butler president and founder of Butler Business Solutions Ltd, has 30 years experience assisting public and private sector organizations with strategic business planning, evaluation framework development, non-financial risk management and organizational performance optimization.  She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Natural Resources, Energy and the Environment, a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in Insurance and Risk Management, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Actuarial Science and a Chemical Technology diploma (CHT). Charlene has held her RIMS Fellow designation since 1996. In addition to consulting experience, Charlene has 25 years of senior management experience in the petroleum, insurance/risk management and government sectors.
